The house as I bought it. Except the garage door. I had to install that the first day I owned the house as the old one fell off the tracks and tried to crush my son.

Two things of note. First the electrical lines were literally woven through the tree branches. Nice and safe. Second: The shed attached to the back of the garage is infested with mold.

Inside the garage the floor has rotted out due to water damage. The roof was leaking.

This is the leaking roof in the back of the garage. Note the dryer used to be plugged in right underneath the leak - very safe.

Finally - moving inside. This is the living room. The door is on the side of the house. Nice big window looking out on to the street and nice hardwood floors throughout the entire house.

Hallway to bedrooms from the living room. This is such a waste of space in such a small house. I'm getting rid of this hallway by knocking down a few walls to open the space up more.

The hot water heater is vented up through the bathroom, which takes up a big chunk of space in here. That will be fixed.
