Lisa Call > This is one of the more entertaining parts of the construction process. How many different ways can they think of to use my snow shovel.
Lisa Call > Around windows and door and whatever else seems to be a corner is becoming 90 degrees. I'm so happy to have real corners again. My last house the rounded corners. I'm not a big fan of the look especially when it comes to switching paint colors at a corner - never ever looks good with rounded corners.
Lisa Call > My shower with cement board walls. Such technology. Not sure why the bottom part is still naked though. Who knows why they do anything.
Lisa Call > And the tub all decked out in cement board also. Time to be picking tile soon.
Lisa Call > This is the wall in my bedroom where my bed will go. Way more room for than just a twin sized bed. My back says "thank you!"
Lisa Call > The wall bewteen the bedroom and the office - from the bedroom.
Lisa Call > The folks that put the attic stairs in my original house felt a need to keep the cardboard box lid it came in. Contains One Stair - really looks to me like an entire ladder's worth of stairs.
Lisa Call > Adding suppports to the beam in the attic. You think there is a reason the 2x4s are all a different height? I'm thinking it's a secret code or something. My house has a secret handshake.
