Preparing for walls.

Lisa Call > No photos yesterday - they didn't do much that I could see. Started putting up the forms for the foundation walls. This is what it looked like this morning.

Lisa Call > Then an hour later the garden level basement is looking like it will have walls.
Lisa Call > Putting up walls is very helpful in figuring out where things might be. With all the different levels it gets a bit confusing.
Lisa Call > Everyone wanted to be in the pictures. This is at the back of the garage - I'm putting in garage in place of the shed that was there. It'll be on a foundation.
Lisa Call > At the end of the work day this is where we are. Most of the forms are up. The pumper truck is scheduled for 1pm tomorrow. Should be after the snow has melted.
Lisa Call > This shows the foundation at the back of the garage better.
Lisa Call > Doesn't look a lot different than earlier in the day but lots more rebar in place and more walls. I wonder how many other houses these concrete forms have been used to help build. Pretty cool they reuse the stuff as much as possible. Some of the 2x4s have a bunch of holes in them.
Lisa Call > My builder put a sign in my yard. So people delivering stuff can find the house. Kinda hard to tell which one is under construction without the sign :)
