Lisa Call > Within a half hour this morning the first studio wall went up. Maybe all that banging around yesterday actually produced something. Or the guys are right and nothing gets done with Jim around.
Lisa Call > This is the view of the house from the front after that wall went up - you can barely see new wall. Once the roof trusses go up it'll be more obvious but not obnoxiously so. My house will still have the small house look from the front so it'll fit into the neighborhood nicely.
Lisa Call > Another wall view and much activity with a bunch of guys working on the house today.

Lisa Call > Getting the bedroom ready to pour the concrete for the floor. It looked a bit like gardening.

Lisa Call > Second section of the west wall goes up. For some reason they didn't want to build the entire 20' long wall in one piece and then lift it.
Lisa Call > This is a lot of plywood. The studio walls are 10 feet high. I've always wanted a high ceiling studio and now I'm going to have one - yay!
