Lisa Call > I took a few photos on friday morning, dec 12 - this being one of them. I think. It seems odd though cause usually the guys meander about for a good hour before they start to work. This seems very industrious for morning.
Lisa Call > But by end of the day they had the siding all on the back side of the house. It's kinda dirty. I can't believe they didn't scrub each piece clean before putting it on. Guess I'll have to paint it to make it pretty.
Lisa Call > Friday there was a bunch of plumbing stuff laying about also. Cause the plumbers were doing plumbing kind of stuff. Like drilling holes in teh 2x4s.
Lisa Call > And roughing in the laundry room.
Lisa Call > A while back the big window for my living room arrived. It's sitting in the garage while Jim designs a front porch for the house. Remind Jim he needs to finish this if you see him....
Lisa Call > Over the weekend my bathtub magically appeared in the house. This was not exactly the bathtub I had in mind but the plumber had it sitting in the garage and it was the right price (ie really cheap). So instead of spending money on the bathtub I'm spending it on a 75 gallon hot water heater so I can fill this thing with hot water instead of lukewarm water.
Lisa Call > Noone worked on my house on monday. They sent some excuse about it being 11 below zero and blah blah. I lived in wisconsin 5 years - this is hardly cold.

Today they showed up (tuesday) but brought along a couple of heaters.
Lisa Call > And another one. Glad this one is labeled cause otherwise we could have another mcdonalds coffee lawsuit incident. The said they were going to put all the electrical outlets next to the heater. Nice.
Lisa Call > The plumbers came back also and between their pvc glue and the heaters I think they all probably got a bit woozy in the house.

I never took a picture but the window arrived for the bathroom last week - I think thursday. So now it's installed. Frosted, tempered, organic, all natural, etc - great window.
